Thank you for shopping with Nord Lab. We take pride in every item we print and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the original condition received
- Not a custom or personalized item (see below)
- Accompanied by an approved return request (see below)
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and personalized 3D printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because every custom item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
To request a return, contact us at info@nordlab.shop with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Nord Lab is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Restocking Fee
Items that have been opened or show signs of use will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
