Processing Time

All items are 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time — if this applies to your order, we will reach out to notify you.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We primarily ship within the United States. Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days after your item has been produced and dispatched. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International orders are final sale — returns and exchanges are not accepted for international shipments.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please monitor your shipment using the provided tracking information. Nord Lab is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once dispatched.
