Custom Orders

By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce any design, image, or file you submit. Nord Lab is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs or content. We reserve the right to decline any custom order request at our sole discretion, including requests that involve third-party intellectual property.

Product Accuracy

3D printed items may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the nature of the printing process. Product images are representative — actual results may vary slightly. These natural variations do not constitute a defect and do not qualify for a return or refund under normal circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Nord Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
